Private Psychology Sessions (One-on-One): Private Psychology Sessions are for yourself and your Psychologist to work towards individually tailored goals.
Out-of-Office Psychology Sessions: Private Psychology sessions that occur outside the office, for example, within the home, at school or within the community. These sessions are designed to build, practise and generalise skills across context. Out-of-Office sessions will attract a travel fee of $20.
Online/Telehealth Psychology Sessions: Online/Telehealth Psychology sessions are for busy individuals and families of those living remotely who cannot travel into the clinic or those who prefer the convenience of working from home.
Group Therapy Sessions: Well-Balanced Minds offers a range of Group Psychology Services. For more information see Group Programs.

Our Clinicians are available by appointment only. Our administration desk will be available via phone at 0420 212 085 and email at admin@wellbalancedminds.com.au. The Administration desk operates Tuesday through to Friday from 10 AM until 5 PM.
Referral and Rebate
You do not need a referral to see our Psychologists. However, should you be eligible to claim the Medicare rebate, a Medicare Plan will need to be provided to your clinician. Please speak to your GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist for advice on the most appropriate plan for your needs. Most private health funds offer rebates on psychological service. Rebates vary depending on your fund and your level of cover. Please contact your fund for their latest rebate information.
You may also use your NDIS funding if you are a Self- or Planner-Managed participant. Unfortunately, due to NDIS Guidelines, Agency-Managed participants are unable to use their NDIS funding with us.
Bulk-billed sessions may be
available at the discretion of your clinician should you meet our current
criteria for financial distress. This service only applies to those with a
current Medicare Mental Health Care Plan.
Appointment Reminder Service
To avoid the unnecessary application of No-Show, Cancellation or Reschedule Fees, please record your future bookings in your diary or your mobile phone as a reminder. We will be trailing an SMS-reminder service in 2020; however, not receiving this reminder will not be accepted as a reason to waive the charge for any missed appointments.
